1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under running water. 2. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add the rinsed quinoa and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for about 12-15 minutes, or until the quinoa is tender and the water is absorbed. 3. Stir in the almond milk and sweetener (if using). Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. 4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. 5. Serve the quinoa porridge in bowls and top with assorted fruits and mixed nuts. Enjoy!
