Rinse the Queens Quinoa grains in cold water.
In a pan, heat olive oil and add cumin seeds, garlic, and onions. Sauté until onions are translucent.
Add turmeric powder, mixed vegetables, and sauté for another 5 minutes.
Add the rinsed quinoa and vegetable broth to the pan. Bring it to a boil and then simmer for 20 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let the quinoa sit for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
